In addition, we undergo an annual energy and environmental audit to ensure that our measures – including those aimed at reducing CO2 emissions and conserving natural resources – remain effective. By implementing innovative technologies and continually optimising our processes, we’re able to play a sustainable role in helping protect the planet.

Employees are encouraged to proactively share their ideas. Resources (such as time and budgets) are made available for new projects and results are presented in open spaces. As part of this mission, we opted to be evaluated and certified by EcoVadis. EcoVadis is an internationally recognised certification that makes it possible to measure our progress and compare us with other companies.
EcoVadis awarded us with a bronze medal for our commitment to sustainability. This award motivates us to continue working hard to achieve the highest possible sustainability standards – for people, for the planet and for the economy.
A family-friendly company in Slovenia
We support the compatibility of work and family life through measures such as early vacation planning, health management and family-friendly events. Our managers receive training on the topic of work-life balance. Since 2015, we have been recognized as a family-friendly company at our Slovenian location, which underlines our commitment to ensuring that our employees feel comfortable and can reconcile their personal needs with their day-to-day work.
