Change in the management of GRIESHABER Logistik GmbH

Weingarten, 01.12.2025 – The GRIESHABER Group is paving the way for the next phase of development and is focusing on continuity and new impetus for digitalization and sustainable logistics solutions with a change in management.

After more than two decades, Mr. Roland Futterer, who has significantly shaped the development of GRIESHABER Logistik GmbH, is retiring. At the same time, Mr. Sven Kronenberg will take over the role of Chairman of the Management Board on 1 December 2025.

With Mr. Sven Kronenberg, GRIESHABER Logistik GmbH has gained an experienced manager with extensive expertise in the international trade and logistics sector. In future, he will be responsible for finance, human resources and IT and will form the management team together with Mr. Ralf Heersma-Plattner and Mr. Gregor Schnell.

We are convinced that Mr. Kronenberg will continue the values and strategic direction of the GRIESHABER Group and enrich it with strategic approaches for the digital transformation.”
