Community Involvement

Business involvement in the affairs of the surrounding community has had a long tradition in Germany.

Grieshaber Logistik AG, too, is aware of its social responsibility.

Because only if you are acting in an intact business and social environment can you engage in medium- and long-range business planning.

With the continuous creation of jobs, for instance, we believe we are making an important contribution to society.

As a company with visions, we also place great importance on offering qualified training for young people. Cultivating their potentials means shaping tomorrow's present today.

To us, encouraging excellent performance is a matter of the heart, and this is why we not only look after replenishing and enriching our own ranks but also have supported the establishment of Zeppelin University.

Just how important an intact social environment can be is demonstrated in places in which no such environment, or only a deficient one, is to be found. In our view, it is our responsibility to provide sustained support to those initiatives and campaigns that seek to alter this state of affairs. Be it the transport of aid supplies to Romania or the former states of the USSR, or support for still other regions in crisis.

We are aware of our responsibility towards the disadvantaged of the world and provide assistance in places where the aid directly reaches those affected
